I love this place and order frequently. The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is sometimes there is a book or two that are damaged in some way. Either a small cover rip here or the cover is torn slightly. But overall Im pretry satisfied with all my orders.

I used to love this company, until they shipped an order without having sent me a receipt nor a shipping notification - I only knew that it had been shipped thanks to an email from USPS Informed Delivery. At first, I was not sure what this package was, then I remembered that I had ordered four books from Book Outlet last week. Since I had no receipt and no order shipped email from this company, I went to the site and logged into my account to check. It not only said that my order had been shipped, and the tracking number matched the one from the USPS Informed Delivery email, but that I had been charged almost $30 for USPS Priority shipping, For a package that I had asked to be shipped for FREE, because it was over $35. Also, it said that I ordered the stuff last Thursday, and the package was to be delivered on Wednesday. $30 shipping and it takes almost a week? Really? The normal free shipping takes a little over a week, no way would I agree to pay $30 to wait almost a week to get the stuff. I have an Amazon Prime membership, too, and I could have gotten these items a lot quicker for less money. For Book Outlet prices, I am willing to wait longer, but when I get hit with a $30 shipping fee I never expected nor asked for, that is the end of my doing business with this company. I will not be forced to pay your READiculously high shipping fees against my will. I doubt you will refund my money, so I hope you choke on it. You just lost a good customer. Goodbye.
